About Lenore
Lenore is a founding member of Adamson Rice and specialises in Wills, estates, lifetime and estate planning and family law. She is well known for her empathy and her open, friendly nature. Lenore endeavours to be flexible in how she works with clients, whether it is in the office or their home with a cup of tea, or virtually if they prefer.
Lenore, having gained extensive experience in another NI law firm has particular expertise in wealth, asset protection and tax planning. She works closely with clients and other professional advisors to provide joined-up advice tailored to meet the client's objectives. Lenore advises her clients on planning for the inevitable by ensuring their Will and Enduring Power is in place, and their estate is properly structured to protect their assets and minimise tax. She has an excellent track record in advising on high value and complex estate administrations and acts as professional executor and trustee.
Additionally Lenore advises on complex matrimonial settlements involving corporate structures, farming and family businesses, trusts and inherited wealth. She advises on protective financial and pre and post-nuptial settlements.
Legal Background
Lenore began her legal career in 1991 as a legal executive. She was a member of the Chartered Management Institute before embarking on her legal studies. Lenore qualified as a solicitor in 2009.
Lenore is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She is a member of the STEP NI Committee and is currently the secretary. Additionally Lenore is a Special Interest Group member.
Lenore is a member of the Law Society NI Elder Law Group and she is an associate member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers.

Lenore has always had a keen interest in netball and she continues to volunteer for Netball Northern Ireland.
Lenore is a trained mentor with Advance Coaching. She mentors with the Law Society NI, Women in Business NI, Queens University Belfast Women in Law and SistersIn. Lenore was awarded the Women in Business NI 2023 Award for Outstanding Mentor.
Finally and in addition to spending time with her family, Lenore is a member of the Law Society NI Pro Bono Choir.

About Natasha
Natasha is a founding member of Adamson Rice and specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, Co-ownership purchases, remortgages, equity release and transfers of equity. She is well known by her clients and peers for always taking the most straightforward and pragmatic approach in legal transactions.
She is widely respected by her clients in the legal and financial sectors for her strong work ethic, high level of expertise, technical knowledge and for being generous with her time in assisting others, be they clients, other colleagues in the profession or professionals outside the legal sector.
Natasha adopts a collaborative approach with her clients to ensure that their best interests are always met in the most cost-effective way. She is highly professional and always works to the best of her ability to achieve the best outcome for every client.
Legal Background
Natasha graduated with a first-class honours degree in Law with Economics in 2005 and later qualified as a solicitor in 2009, before achieving partner status in 2012. She has over 18 years of experience in residential property and banking and specialises in all aspects of property conveyancing.
Additionally, Natasha has spent the last 15 years acting for some of the UK's largest banks and other institutions in connection with lender instructed remortgages, distressed sales, receiver appointments and sales, equity release, bulk mortgage transfers, title perfections and mortgage documentation reviews and led a legal 500 ranked team in her previous firm.
Life Outside the Law
Natasha has two small children, who keep her on her toes! She is the treasurer of their school PTA and is as enthusiastic in this role as she is in her professional career.
Relaxation for Natasha is baking up a storm, for which her skills are widely appreciated (if not the resulting effects on the waistline). She often bakes for family, friends and charity events and she is always on the lookout for willing taste testers to try out new recipes.
When she’s not in the kitchen and spending time with her family, Natasha enjoys training at the gym, walking and a good book to get lost in!
